What is included in a South Fork Chair setup?Each setup includes premium beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and optional cooler service. We deliver, set up, and break down everything so you can arrive to the beach with everything ready.
Where do you offer service?We serve select beaches across the Hamptons, including East Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk, Bridgehampton, Southampton, and surrounding South Fork areas. Availability may vary by beach access, parking, timing, and local conditions.
Cancellation PolicyWe understand that beach plans can change.
Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled setup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of the scheduled setup time are eligible for a 50% refund or may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled setup time are non-refundable, as our team, equipment, and schedule have already been committed.
No-shows or cancellations after our team has begun setup are non-refundable.
Do I need to be there when you set up?No. Once your reservation details are confirmed, our team can set everything up before you arrive. We will coordinate the location, timing, and any specific instructions in advance.
Weather PolicyIf weather or beach conditions prevent South Fork Chair from safely or practically completing your setup, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. This may include heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning risk, high winds, beach closures, restricted access, or unsafe beach conditions.
Cloudy skies, cooler temperatures, fog, light wind, or a change in personal plans do not automatically qualify for a weather-related refund. Final weather-related cancellation decisions are made by South Fork Chair using local forecasts, beach access conditions, and safety considerations.
Do you handle larger groups or private events?Yes. We can accommodate family beach days, small gatherings, and private events. Larger setups should be booked in advance so we can confirm equipment, staffing, and logistics.
